The Real Sarah Palin Rocks it Out on Saturday Night Live

The opening showed a mock press conference, a skit with Alec Baldwin, then a mock weekend update with dancing eskimos including a mock Todd Palin - the real Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live shows that the vice presidential candidate can take a joke.

The Saturday Night Live cast even mentioned Joe the plumber, Joe Wurzelbacher.
