Even though her sweet sixteen birthday is not technically until November 23, Miley Cyrus gets a head start on her sweet sixteen celebration during a concert and celebration at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, on Sunday. The Hannah Montana star told the crowd that "This is the most amazing sweet 16 that a girl could have."
