Angelina Jolie had a tummy tuck after the birth of her twins and that was the reason for her three month isolation, according to reports. The story is on the cover of Star magazine and explains that a family insider revealed that the 33 year old actress was concerned about the size of her stomach after the birth of her twins so she decided to get a tummy tuck, or a mommy tuck, which sounds better.

Angelina Jolie recently was escorted by Brad Pitt to Manhattan to promote her new movie, the Changeling. Onlookers commented "Holy cow, how did she get so thin after having twins?" According to reports, this is the reason she looks so fabulous so quickly after giving birth.
